You gave everything to work, to your family. Or you gave everything. Sa simpleng pag-survive lang. And now, you're alone. Tahimik. Pagod. Siguro kaninang umaga, parang ayaw mo nang bumangon. Siguro kanina, You don't have to perform. Alam mo, pwede mo bang alalahanin kahit saglit how brave you are para lang makarating sa gabing ito. Kasi hindi yun madali, pero andito ka pa rin. Let that be enough for tonight. Because you've done enough for today. Kung ang kaya mo lang gawin ngayong araw ay mabuhay, sapat na yon. Sapat ka. Kung buong araw ay nasa kama ka lang o nakahiga dahil yun lang ang kinaya ng katawan mo. Dahil hindi ka okay eh. Kung hindi mo nabuksan ang chat o wala kang nacheck sa to-do list mo, hindi kabawasan yun ng word mo. Dahil ang paghinto ay hindi pagsuwok. Minsan, kailangan mo lang huminto sandali para makahinga. And yes, you are still worthy of rest. You are still enough. Together. Inhale. Let it soften. Exhale. Let it go. Minsan, parang ang bigat ng lahat, diba? yung parang hindi mo na alam kung saan ka huhugot ng lakas bukas. Pero kahit ganun, andito ka pa rin. You're still here. And that's already something you should be proud of. You don't have to rush to feel okay. Dahil walang deadline ng pag-heal. Walang deadline ang pagiging okay. Tonight is not about proving something. tonight is not about fixing anything this is your moment to just be let the world wait for a while because after this, I promise you, you'll be stronger, wiser, and a lot better than before. And know this, there's nothing more you need to do. No task, no message, no achievement. you've already worked hard enough today just by being here just by being yourself let rest be as it is. Let rest be yours. So tonight as you close your eyes, may peace find you. May softness hold you And may you remember this.
