Hindi lang dahil sa pagod na katawan. Kung di, 

Pagod na ang puso, isip at kaluluwa

Pagod ka na kasi, ikaw lagi ang nagbibigay. 

Ikaw yung laging “capable.” 

Ikaw yung laging tinatakbuhan. 

Ikaw yung strong. 

Pero ang totoo? Hindi ka na okay. 

 Pero sige pa rin. 

 

You love them, I know. 

But somewhere along the way, you forgot to love yourself, too. 

Ang bigat no? 

Kasi paano mo pipiliin yung sarili mo, kung ang daming umaasa sa’yo? 

Pero ito lang ang gusto ko lang sabihin sayo: 

Pwedeng mapagod. Pwedeng tumigil. Kahit saglit  

Pwedeng piliin ang sarili mo.

Hindi ka selfish. 

Hindi ka masama. 

Hindi ka mahina. 

Tao ka. 

And tao ka na napagod kasi ang dami mong binigay, kahit wala nang natira. 

Hindi mo kasalanan yun. 

You’re not broken. 

You’re not a burden. 

You’re just… tired. 

And you don’t have to apologize for that. 

Inhale. 

Exhale. 

Hindi mo kailangang itapon lahat. 

Pero pwede mong ibaba muna. Kahit saglit.

Kahit sandali. 

Kahit ngayon lang. 

You don’t have to explain it. 

You don’t owe anyone an update, a reason or a response. 

Kung ayaw mong mag-reply, then don’t. 

Kung gusto mong mahiga lang buong araw, do it. 

Because here's the truth: 

You matter even though when you're not performing. 

You’re still worthy even when you step away. 

At kung iniisip mong may magagalit, may madidisappoint— 

Yes, baka nga. 

Pero paano kung mawala ka sa sarili mo. 

Sino pa ang nandyan para sayo?

You’re allowed to rest. 

You’re allowed to heal. 

You’re allowed to protect your peace. 

Even when people still need you. 

Even when the world keeps asking. 

Even when no one else tells you to pause— because I will. 

Huminto ka muna. 

Hindi para sumuko. 

Kundi para maalala ulit kung sino ka. 

This is your permission slip. 

This is you, finally turning towards yourself. 

Rest, my love. 

Not because you earned it— 

but because you already deserve it.
